My name is Michelle and I am an OFSTED registered Childminder working from my home in the Oakley Vale area of Corby, Northants. My house is situated between Morrison's and the Brooke Weston school.
I live with my husband Martin and our three children who are aged between 14 and 19 years. We have two rescue dogs, Jack and Boss. Myself, my husband and two older children have all had either a CRB or DBS checked.
I
am registered to care for children between the ages of birth and 5 on
the Early Years Register (EYFS) and the Childcare Register.
I have a wealth of experience having previously been employed by Northamptonshire Social Services, Mencap, Tresham College and Danesholme Infant Academy. I have also been a respite foster carer. In June 2018 I completed the Integrated Working with Children and their Families in the Early Years course with Pen Green/Hertfordshire University, gaining a First Class BA Hons degree. In addition to this I regularly update my paediatric first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene inline with the statutory requirements for childcare providers.
